Dimension Confusion

The banner image size can look different depending on your website zoom, your custom theme’s density, devices, screen size and other settings you’ve changed. Because of this, there isn’t one exact width and height that works for everyone.

A good aspect ratio you can use for a baseline is roughly 7:2. On the dashboard, the system banner comes in at around 525x150px, and member banner sizes come in around the same depending on the devices you are using.

PluralSpace is built to be a web app first, which means it scales dynamically for any browser's width. It's impossible to give you a definitive "this is the banner size", but we can give you estimated sizes based on an HD screen, and ratios you can follow.
