To able to cross system relationship need to go to the connection setting which is in your system setting.
Cross relationship
Way to connect between system is by either sending a connection code or if you're already within a system with another individual and can request that individual to connection to system maps
Another important thing to remember is that you need to stay connected to your subsystem. This connection helps you build and understand relationships across different subsystems more effectively.
How to assign relationship to other system?
How you normally would assign relationship individually in their profile edit just within your own system there just be a new section added called "In Which System"
